This pre-owned Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust is the 1603 model, dating from circa 1978. This Datejust features a 34mm stainless steel case, fully functioning automatic movement, fluted steel bezel and black dial. The dial is vibrant with gold hands, batons and indices. The iconic Rolex Datejust is fitted with an all stainless steel Jubilee bracelet.

Model History:
The Rolex Datejust was introduced in 1945 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Rolex. It was the first automatic wristwatch to feature a date window. It was the first Rolex model to feature the now-iconic Cyclops date magnification lens, which enhances the legibility of the date. The Datejust features Rolex’s patented Oyster case, known for its water resistance and durability. The Oyster case design has become a hallmark of Rolex’s dive and sports watches.
