FAQs
Purchasing a Watch
All our watches are authenticated by our watchmakers. For all watches without brand servicing warranties, we inspect the movements to confirm they are genuine to the watch. We tie together serial and reference numbers to the watch as well as confirm the parts are original or genuine to the watch, such as watch bracelets and dials.Furthermore, many watches in stock come with their original papers or brand servicing papers. Lastly, any watches that no longer come with their original bracelet will be specified as a genuine leather alternative.
Our watches are tested and maintained during our time with us. Should a watch begin to gain or lose time, and its power reserve begin to dwindle, we will undertake the work required to restore the watch. We will complete full servicing and part replacements on watches if required. Our detailing on each watch listing will specify if repairs or servicing have been carried out on a watch.
If under warranty, we will take care of this for you, free of charge, should the issue be movement-related. If it’s outside of its warranty period, we will assess the issue, and we’ll provide a full breakdown and repair at cost prices.
Currently, you can use Klarna, PayPal or discuss an interest-free payment plan directly with us to purchase a watch.
We offer a 14-day returns policy, which is flexible if you’re purchasing a watch as a gift, with an intended date after the returns period. Find out more here (link).

Servicing
We provide a 1-year warranty on all our watch servicing work.
We offer bracelet repairs on stainless steel, gold or gold and stainless steel bracelets. Including: re-pinning, refurbishing, link rebuilding and re-attaching work. We also repair loose or broken clasps. As well as this, we can repair damaged movements, winders and replace or polish any scratched watch glass. All our repair work is subject to a viewing and inspection.
Many of the watches that we hold in stock have either been serviced by their brands or within our own watch house. However, not every single watch has been serviced. We avoid servicing watches that are both testing and running to an excellent standard.
At Parkers, we have a team of qualified and experienced watchmakers available to service all luxury watches to an exceptional standard.
The industry standard currently is every 5 to 7 years. Watches should be assessed and potentially serviced or regulated if they begin to have timekeeping issues or their winders become tough.
