A New Chapter: Parkers Relocates to The Clubhouse, Holborn Circus

The countdown to our new website begins! Reading A New Chapter: Parkers Relocates to The Clubhouse, Holborn Circus 3 minutes

After more than four decades in Hatton Garden, Parkers Jewellers has opened a new chapter at The Clubhouse, Holborn Circus. It’s a move shaped by growth; steady, genuine, and ultimately impossible to ignore. Quite simply, we needed more room to operate at the standard our clients expect.

Outgrowing Hatton Garden

Hatton Garden served us faithfully for 45 years. It’s a place woven into the history of British jewellery and watchmaking, and it shaped the business we are today. But over time, the showroom stopped working for the way we needed to serve clients. The space was tight and the experience no longer aligned with the watches we specialise in. Presenting fine watches (Rolex, Omega, Cartier, and more) deserves more than a crowded counter and limited space to talk things through. That reality made the decision for us. It was time to move somewhere that matched the quality of what we offer.

A more considered way to buy

From 2nd December, Parkers now operates on an appointment-only basis. No walk-ins, no waiting for space at the counter, just dedicated, uninterrupted time with a member of our team. This is a concierge-style service built around care, clarity, and privacy. When you book, you’re reserving an in-depth session, not just a slot in the diary. It allows for the kind of conversations people naturally want when they’re considering a significant watch purchase. You get our full focus, a calm environment, and the time needed to make a considered decision.

Why The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is London’s leading business members club, created as a place for serious work and meaningful conversations. Our new eighth-floor office at 20 St Andrew Street looks out across Holborn Circus, with views that remind you that you’re right in the centre of London’s professional heart.

The setting is a significant upgrade: contemporary, elegantly designed, and equipped with everything required for a premium retail experience. High-specification private meeting rooms, refreshments and a dedicated on-site team all contribute to an environment that enhances the process. It’s a space that reflects what we sell; precision, craftsmanship and quality.

What this means for you

In practical terms, very little changes. Online orders, valuations, and servicing continue exactly as before. The only adjustment is that visits now require an appointment. What improves is the experience itself. Viewing a curated collection in a quiet, private room—with space to compare pieces, ask questions, and take your time—makes a noticeable difference. It gives our clients the level of service they’ve long deserved, and gives our watches the context they merit.
