This pre owned Omega Seamaster is the iconic vintage day date model, also nicknamed the ‘Jumbo’. The model reference for this Seamaster is 166.089 and the vintage timepiece dates from 1970. The robust and sporty 38.5mm stainless steel case houses a fully functioning automatic calibre 752 movement, which has been thoroughly checked by our watchmakers and is in full working order. The watch is equipped with a quick-set function, making the switch between dates fast and easy. The case back features the famous Seamaster Sea Horse logo. This Omega Seamaster originally could drop to impressive depths of 200m and is still water resistant now.
This Omega is supplied with a 12-month Parkers warranty.
Model History:
The Jumbo Seamaster feels like a point of evolution in the Seamaster’s history. The larger, wider stainless steel case pulls this Omega away from the previous Seamaster De Ville dress watches and brings it closer to what we recognise Seamasters as today. The design was imagined and born in the later 1960’s and finished by the early 70’s. The Calibre752 movement had a similar production time.
Condition Report:
Overall very good condition, with light scratches around the case and case back.
I can not fault had watch delivered on time and well packed, a slight problem with the watch and reported it to Parkers return envelope sent to me next day for it to go back to Parkers to be adjusted, a great customer service, I will be using them in.the future.
Used this company for the first time and purchased an Omega and a Bremont both arrived within two days in excellent condition as their photos showed will definitely use them again.
Delighted with the customer service received recently at Parkers. Great communication , friendly and welcoming. I had lost my receipt and David was able to look up my details and confirm my purchase. My watch was returned to me in a much better condition than I left it!
