Futuristic, even for an Omega from the mid 1970’s. This pre-owned Omega Geneve Megaquartz, model reference 196.0033, features a sleek 39mm cushion-shaped stainless steel case and its original tapering Omega steel bracelet.

This Omega Geneve is powered by a Quartz 32 KHz, calibre 1310 movement that has been thoroughly serviced by Omega in June 2023. This Omega has also been fitted with a new battery before being listed. The Omega servicing papers and box are provided with the Omega Geneve.

The sunburst grey dial features bright white and yellow indices and dots, luminous hands, and a French day-date window at the 3 o'clock position.

Model History:

The Omega Megaquartz, featuring the 32 kHz calibre 1310 movement, was Omega's first in-house quartz movement watch. The calibre 1310 appears in other Omega watches across the Constellation and Seamaster collections. The 196.0033 ran from the early 1970s to the late 1970s. Approximately from 1973 to '78.

Condition Report:

Overall excellent condition, with barely any wear to the bracelet or case.

At Parkers, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm for all shipping. This is a guaranteed next-day delivery, expected to arrive with you by 1pm at the latest, and theparcel will need to be signed for. This is not only insured to the highest level via Royal Mail, but it’s also further covered by our private insurance.

We will provide you with a tracking reference once the watch is ready to be sent out. We will also always coordinate with you to make sure that we’re sending the watch out at a convenient time for you, where either you or someone else will be able to accept and sign for the parcel.

You are also welcome to collect the watch from any of our stores and concessions, should that suit you better.

We accept returns up to 14 days from receiving the watch. If you’re purchasing a watch on behalf of someone else as a gift and the date you wish to present this is after the 14 days, please let us know and we will accommodate you.

For any returns via post, we will provide you with a pre-paid and insured Royal Mail shipping bag. All you’ll need to do once you receive this bag, is parcel the watch back up securely and drop it into a local post oNice. They’ll scan the barcode and provide you with a tracking reference receipt. Please keep this safe.

All of our watches are covered by a one-year warranty. We will provide you with a Parkers warranty card on purchase that has been dated and signed by one of our team. The warranty covers any issues within the movement. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you purchase a watch that begins to have running issues during or after the one-year warranty.

We accept all credit and debit cards. Our payment platform via our website will provide you with a receipt instantly after purchasing a watch or accessory. We will then reconfirm your purchase as soon as possible with further Parkers receipts, as well as arrange shipping or collection with you. I can not fault had watch delivered on time and well packed, a slight problem with the watch and reported it to Parkers return envelope sent to me next day for it to go back to Parkers to be adjusted, a great customer service, I will be using them in.the future.
